Bele Casel is a small, artisanal winery which strives to make aromatic and concentrated Prosecco. The wine is made from fruit grown in the sub districts of Santo Stefano and Sacol, largely considered the best sources of Prosecco in the Valdobbiadene region. Fermentation and spumantizzato are done at cool temperatures to preserve the natural freshness and vibrancy of the Prosecco.
